ERHA Health and Wellness Festival 5K Registration

Let's Move Our Wellness Journey Together!

The TT Moves National Non Chronic Disease Risk Factor Reduction Campaign is aimed at encouraging changes in behaviour with respect to healthier eating and exercise choices.  It also focuses on the critical role of environmental and social interventions in supporting individual choice and behaviour change. The campaign adopts a whole-of-society and whole-of-government approach to promoting healthier lifestyles and behaviour modification through positive reinforcement.

As such,  the Eastern Regional Health Authority will be hosting a community Health and Wellness Festival and  5K to promote healthy behavior change, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach and targeting population groups across the lifecycle – infants, children, adolescents, young adults, adults and older adults. We are also encouraging students, schools and members of the public to create TTMOVES Posters.

The distance of 5km on Saturday 28th October 2023 from 6:00am, starting and finishing at the Bliss Carpark, Sangre Grande.
