Apply here for the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Seminar (HOBY), I Dare You Youth Award, Girls and Boys State of Virginia, and/or Summer Residential Governor's School if you are genuinely interested, committed to the time requirements, and meet academic qualifications.  Applications are due Friday 10, 2023.  Applications will be reviewed for eligibility and then submitted to the
selection committee for evaluation.  The school counselor
will notify winning nominees.
