Wedding Booking Form
  • Use this form to request your wedding bouquet professional flower preservation keepsakes by Bupp Woodworks & Designs in McHenry, IL. We accept flowers from across the USA and North America. This does not guarantee booking, we will email you to confirm your date, and further instructions on how to pay your deposit and book your spot.
  • Examples and photos of each keepsake item can be found in the Pricing section of our website www.buppwoodworks.com
  • There is minimum order of $200 for wedding bouquets with fresh flowers. A Main Piece is not required, but highly encouraged to get the best representation of your bouquet. Pricing does not include tax, shipping, or applicable fees.
  • Weddings booked less than 2 weeks in advance will be charged a $75 last minute booking fee.
  • We will email you within 24 hours, so please keep a lookout for an email from buppwoodworks@gmail.com (***please check your email SPAM/JUNK folder***)

I understand that if I choose to purchase only add-on items without selecting a Main Piece, that only a limited portion of my bouquet will be preserved, just enough to fulfill my selected keepsake order.

I also understand that:

-Any unused flowers will not be returned.

-Layout previews are not provided for add-on items. 

-Additional keepsakes cannot be added later, as the rest of the bouquet will not be preserved.

If I choose a Main Piece, the entire bouquet will be preserved. In this case:

-Any remaining flowers will be returned to me.

-A layout will be sent for approval. 

-I will have the option to upgrade the size of my Main Piece or add more items to my order at a later time.

I understand that the process of making keepsakes with resin and preserving flowers is a delicate process that requires many layers of work that cannot be rushed. I understand that typical turnaround time is about 6-10 months after I receive the flowers. This is just an estimate and not a guarantee.
