The outdoor arena is open for drop in riding when not booked by private event. Please refer to the Facility Calendar on the website as a guide to open availability. All riders must have either an Active General Membership, which means you attend regular meetings and volunteer at our events, or an Outdoor Arena Membership. Memberships will be valid from January to December in a given year.

$5/year - Active General Membership

$25/year - Outdoor Arena Membership

Terms and Conditions of Outdoor Arena Membership *

The above rates pertain to the OUTDOOR ARENA ONLY. Any other rentals such as the hall and/or camping area will require a rental agreement and payment as per the rental rates advertised on the website.

This is strictly for PLEASURE RIDING. Any clinics, training or group rentals are to be booked through the Ag bookings officer and are subject to further fees.

Riders are responsible for the cleaning up of manure and/or garbage in the parking area and outside their trailers.

No glass bottles of any kind in the area.

Non-compliance with the above noted rules may result in a fine or in the case of sever or repeated offences, suspension of the arena agreement with no reimbursement of funds.

The completed agreement also allows the Ag Society to publish their name(s) on a list of “Arena Users with Agreements” and posted in the arena. This agreement is valid for the calendar year in which it was purchased.
