Nominate a person who has shown a long-time exemplary commitment to
downtown revitalization and has positively impacted the community, inspired others, and
demonstrated dedication and determination. Applicants should list specific strengths this
person brings to the revitalization effort, how long the nominee has been involved in the
revitalization effort and how efforts have been positively impacted by the nominee.

All submissions are due by February 28th, 2020
