The Liberal Democrat Racial Diversity Campaign is here to support talented people of colour like you on your journey as a candidate.

We have launched a Selection Mentoring programme to match aspiring candidates like yourself with experienced candidates who have walked a similar path before. RDC selection mentors have committed to providing mentoring during the selection campaign only. Should you wish to access mentoring from them beyond this period, you would need to have this conversation with them directly as their capacity may be limited.
