PO 409 Assessment

PURPOSE

The purpose of this assessment is to assess the cadet's ability to prepare and instruct a 30-minute lesson to
Proficiency Level One and Two cadets in a real-life setting, during a regular training night.

An overall assessment of Completed Without Difficulty is required to be eligible for promotion to the Rank of FSgt.
