PTO Membership
This form is being used to gather and record membership information for the 22-23 School year.  PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) membership is a way to financially support PTO activities throughout the school year.  This includes special projects for the school, fun events for the students (Water Slide day, etc) teacher appreciation gifts, and so much more!  We are fully funded by fundraisers and your PTO membership donations.  Your contribution DOES NOT obligate you to attend meetings, events, or volunteer but will help support our school and show the students you are involved in their education.
