Please fill this form out BEFORE 9 AM every day that you would like to pick up lunch for your student. If you have multiple students, please fill out this form once per student.  

*Safety is our #1 priority. To limit the spread of COVID, we hope to keep our students as physically distanced as possible. This is challenging in a school of our size because of the number of students that we have. Our lunchroom is already full to capacity and so we would ask you to adhere to the following protocols:

-Lunch needs to be picked up in the lunchroom. Parents need to sign in at the office and accompany their Kindergartener in the lunchroom, and we ask that no additional siblings enter the lunchroom with the parent and student.
-You will find other students in the lunchroom, so please make sure you and your student get in line.
-Due to a crowded cafeteria we would ask that as many of you as possible eat at home or outside.
-This is also a reminder that students are to not go to the playground after lunch. We do not have adequate supervision to accommodate Kindergarteners during lunch.

Lunch pick-up times:
AM: Anytime between 11:55-12:15
PM:
      Mondays anytime between 12:15-12:30
      Tuesday-Friday anytime between 12:30-12:50

-Usted encontrará otros estudiantes en el comedor, así que por favor asegúrese de que usted y su estudiante se ponen en línea.
-Debido a una cafetería abarrotada, pediríamos que el mayor número posible de ustedes coman en casa o fuera.
-Esto también es un recordatorio de que los estudiantes no van al patio de recreo después del almuerzo. No tenemos la supervisión adecuada para acomodar a los niños de kindergarten durante el almuerzo.
