Please complete this form if you need a chromebook for your child to utilize during the school closure. Note that that these are to be used for students to complete assignments, not for recreational use, and should be reserved for those that currently do not have technology at home. There is a contract from CPS legal that will need to be signed and families will be responsible in the event of damage or loss. Additionally, please note that all of our devices are monitored by the CPS IT Department and subject to the CPS Acceptable Use Policy.
