Circumstances refer to enquiries / booking / paying for a course
a) as an individual, or
b) as a representative of a company who will be paying for courses

The onus is on the individual or the representative of the company to read and abide by the Terms & Conditions of Training available on the the websites and which will be sent to you on enquiry.
