BIPOC Community Care Shares Sign Up
Hey Folks!

Candace here from Conscious Homestead; welcome to our online Community Care Share form.

What are Community Care Shares?
Community Care Shares is a mutual aid offering/program of Conscious Homestead.  Once our urban homestead gardens are ready to harvest, on a weekly basis we will clean, divide and package our homestead grown produce for redistribution within the local BIPOC community.

How does it work?
Sign up by filling out the form below.  When the grow season begins, we will send out a weekly message to the folks who sign up below with a link to our online community care shares shop.  The shop will list all of the produce (homestead grown vegetables, fruits, herbs, teas, ferments, eggs, seedlings, seeds etc.) available to the community.  Scroll through the online shop and select the items you would like set aside for pick-up on a designated date and time.

Community Care Shares are free to BIPOC.  We welcome donations but they are not required.  This program launches for its inaugural year during the summer of 2021.

Note: Everyone on this list is not guaranteed to receive a community care share every week; at this point its first come, first serve.
