Request For Services To Continue
From 11:59pm Thursday 5th August until Thursday 21st October inclusive, non-essential domestic cleaning will not be permitted in Melbourne. We received clarification from Business Victoria in prior lockdowns stating that provided customers can provide a genuine reason why they cannot physically clean for themselves, their service will be deemed essential and we will be able to continue providing their cleans.

If you have a genuine reason why you are physically not able to clean your own home, please fill out the below form and we will continue your service throughout the lockdown.

If you are able to perform your own cleans, please do not fill in the form and your services during the lock-down will be automatically skipped and resumed from your next scheduled clean.

*Resuming of services is dependent on the lifting of restrictions by the Victorian government.
