[Hanoi] Skill training workshop on working with witnesses and experts in international arbitration

The topic of the workshop is “Working with Witnesses & Experts in International Arbitration”. The workshop will consist of two interactive sessions addressing respectively the role and importance of factual witnesses and expert witnesses in international arbitration and their implication during the hearing.

(together, the “ICCA Parties”) intend to use the photographs and video and audio recordings in print and/or digital form, in various channels, in connection with disseminating information about their activities.  By signing the consent below, you are consenting to the taking of photographs and video and audio recordings and their use for those purposes.

If at any time you wish for the ICCA Parties to stop using photographs or video and audio recordings taken at the Workshop, you may contact bureau@arbitration-icca.org. Where possible, the ICCA Parties will remove any such photographs and video and audio recordings from such materials already published.  Should you have a complaint regarding the use, storage or processing of photographs and video and audio recordings of you, please contact the relevant data protection authority.

Do you confirm that, by registering to this event, you grant permission to the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, Young ICCA, and the ICCA Foundation Inc.
