NCCWN Donegal Women’s Network are pleased to be taking bookings for the Just Relax online programme for women. This is a FREE 6-week course commencing on Friday 12th March, 10.30am-12.30pm via Zoom, facilitated by Bernadine Boyle of RelaxKids Donegal (

Over six weeks you will learn how to adopt relaxation techniques into your life, how to re-focus, be more mindful about your wellness, how to use breathing exercises, increase your energy and motivation and much more.
*WEEK 1
Introduction to exercises and the 7 steps (Move, Play, Stretch, Breathe, Believe and Relax)
*Week 2:
Relaxation and Sleep.
To help you enjoy being still and quiet.
To allow you to have fun whilst exercising and learning to relax
To promote positive self-image and self esteem
to help too better your sleep pattern.
*WEEK 3
Concentration and Rest
What causes you or your child to lose focus and concentration
What do you need to do to re-focus
*WEEK 4
Just relax and peacefulness
How can we be more mindful?
What causes you to lose your inner peace
what causes your children to become tense?
*WEEK 5
Energise and Motivate
Exercise on the 5 senses
What causes you to lose your motivation
what causes your children to lose motivation?
what do you need to do to restore more energy?
*WEEK 6
Relaxation and focus
What do you need to do to relax?
