1. Membership Termination: The La Trobe Taekwondo Club reserves the right to terminate the membership of individuals who exhibit poor manners and disruptive behaviour within the club.

2. Warning System: Members displaying undesirable behaviour will receive an initial warning, serving as an opportunity for correction.

3. Multiple Warnings: If a member accumulates three warnings due to continued misconduct, the matter will be escalated to the club's committee

4. Committee Meeting: Upon reaching the three-warning threshold, the club's committee will convene to discuss the member's behavior and potential consequences, including membership revocation

5. For promotional purposes, the La Trobe Taekwondo Club will capture both pictures and videos to showcase the dynamic and enriching experiences our members enjoy, highlighting the excellence and spirit that define our club's activities and achievements.

Although we try to avoid as much injury as possible, Taekwondo is a high impact sport in which you may injure yourself during the course of training. Therefore, we cannot be liable for any injuries sustained whilst in training.
