I am 18+ and I understand that by attending the photo call and participating in the photo, I grant full rights to Oh Yeah Music Centre to use the images resulting from the shoot and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the charities aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you are a parent and wish to bring your child along to be a part of the photograph, you will be presumed to accept the above terms. If you are 16 or under and wish to participate in the photograph, you must bring a parent or guardian with you who can sign a release form. *
