FABnyc rents space to organizations and programs who work in alignment with our mission and values.
We rarely offer space for personal events.
Our rental rates are based on the space you wish to use, the size and complexity of your event, the staffing required by the event, and the type of event and/or organization making the request.
Proceeds from space rentals go towards sustaining FAB's community arts programs in the Lower East Side.
