Jill Liebers, Rosevill, MN . . . Jill Liebers is originally from Minden, Nebraska. After graduating from Minden High School in 1990, attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1990-1993 studying Pre-Pharmacy. In 1997, began at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, graduating with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 1997. After PharmD, completed a Pediatric PGY1 residency at Childrens of Minnesota. Currently is the Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Nutrition at Pediatric Home Service in Roseville, Minnesota. Jill's son, Noah, is a freshman at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, studying Software Engineering. My desire to become involved in the Parents Association at UNL comes from the fact every expectation has been exceeded. From the first time we stepped on campus to the end of the first semester, it has been an experience we could not have imagined. Becoming part of the Parents Association Board would be an incredible opportunity.

Holly Bartecki, Chicago, IL . . . Holly Bartecki is the executive vice president of Jasculca Terman Strategic Communications, one of the nation’s leading independent public affairs firms. Her previous professional experience includes 12 years in the Illinois community college system, culminating in an assistant dean’s role and overseeing student recruitment, retention, public relations and marketing. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Columbia College Chicago, where she wrote the curriculum for a hybrid PR Issues and online Intro to PR course. Her son Jake is a junior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, majoring in broadcasting and sports communications. He has a weekly sports talk radio show and is a frequent play-by-play announcer for Husker football, men’s and women’s basketball on KRNU, the campus radio station. Holly has been a member of the UNL Parents Association since Jake was accepted to UNL and served as a Member-at-large with the UNL Parents Association in 2019. She is a former elected school board member and school board president for an elementary school district in Illinois, and was honored with Illinois’ Those Who Excel award of merit for her leadership in that role.

Linda Mathiasen, MN . . . Linda Mathiasen, a freelancer since 2005, has 20 years of experience in public relations, internal communications and facilitation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education along with a Master Certificate in Business Communications. Mathiasen completed two-terms (8 years) on the Public School Board of Education, serving 4,300 students, in January 2019. She enjoys volunteering in the community, including a Lions member, facilitator of the Vision 2040-Housing Committee and president of her neighborhood owners’ association. Involvement with her children’s activities includes Girl Scouts Troop Leader, Confirmation Small Group Leader and Mission Trip Chaperone. She and her husband live in Minnesota and have two daughters—a freshman pursuing a degree in Engineering and is a member of the Huskers Walk On Women’s Swim Team and a high school senior who was recently accepted to the Business Honors Academy at UNL. Our family enjoys golfing, downhill skiing and hiking.

Rhonda Gaulke, Woodbury, MN. . . I am a Director and Business IT Leader for Ecolab and I live in Woodbury Minnesota (suburb of the Twin Cities). I have a daughter (Kate), who is a Freshman at UNL. I have significant experience in small nonprofit boards and am currently serving as a Treasurer for my son’s Speech Booster organization at Woodbury High School. I have held other board positions with three HOA’s (Home Owner’s Associations), including Treasurer for two. I also have been on two school board committees/task forces. I am comfortable with board meeting procedures, setting budgets and ensuring the organization is meeting it’s goals/objectives, as well as financially sound in its spending practices. Prior to joining Ecolab, I led the IT Security organization at Target Corporation and for over 15 years, held positions at Travelers Insurance in the IT, Audit, and Actuarial functions, including an expatriate assignment in London, England. I graduated from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.

Kim Allgood, Chicago, IL . . . My son is a freshman and a member of the ATO fraternity. He is loving his UNL experience (he made the Deans List in the College of Business), and we have fallen in love with Lincoln. We are in the Chicago area, so not local, but I love visiting the college. I’m a stay at home mom. I’ve been a “professional” volunteer since my son (Nathan) started preschool. I’ve fundraised for every school he’s ever attended , raising several hundred thousand dollars over the years. I’ve also been PTO president, led class trips to Springfield IL and Washington DC, run our youth baseball program, overseeing 1,000 boys, their parents and hundreds of coaches for 7 years. I also have a daughter who is in 8th grade. I’ve done the same fundraising and class trips with her in preschool, elementary, and middle school . I also coached her softball team for 7 (long) years, from tball thru 12u pitch. She now plays club volleyball and club soccer, so my coaching days are over.
