By commissioning me you agree to these Terms of Service. If you fail to comply with those Terms of Service I have the right to terminate your commission. A commission termination does not give terms for a refund.  

Commissions are to be paid upfront once agreement is made. Accepted terms of payment are; USD. Works in progress are to be given if explicitly asked for before the beginning of commission creation or for commissions with a cost of $50 USD or more. EDITED 11/3/23 Finishing art for clients is always my top priority. My process is deliberate, precise, and my technique takes time (read - long queue times).  However, work, life, and health challenges may also extend the wait and working time for a commission by 90-180 days. I do not settle for less than my best work for paid clients and will take time to ensure I deliver just that. I will always keep you updated as to the status of your commission, my ability to work, and may provide a refund if requested. By commissioning me you acknowledge that possibility of an extended wait and agree to contact me directly with any concerns.

As a commissioner, copyrighted works are allowed to be used for personal reasons. You are not allowed to reproduce these products without explicit permission. You are not allowed to edit or removed watermarks from works.  

You may purchase commercial rights (rights to reproduce) for 300% of the original cost of work, with a 3% commission fee to be paid with each profit made by said work(s). 

I have the express right to cancel and refund your commission at any time. You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me at any point after payments have been made towards commission. You may cancel the commission at any point before payments are made to the commission.  

Charge backs are forbidden, if you do file a charge back, your rights to anything I have ever created for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell copyrighted works to separate buyers. You will be forbidden from commissioning me again. 

Charge backs give me the right to file a complaint. I have rights to any and all money you have given me for commissions. Statements can be changed on a commission basis. EDIT: Edit added 07/19/23 Due to problems with a commissioner, this clause is now added to the TOS, and all commissioners will be informed through Creamii's commission discord. Any edits needing to be made are to be asked to be made before the next process is began. Any edits requested after that step WILL NOT BE MADE (under certain circumstances, changes CAN be made if requested) . The commission will be cancelled if necessary, or completed as planned. A cancelled commission does NOT entitle you to a refund.
