23V RECON 2024 Interest Form

23V RECON is a unique 14-week mental health program that has freed veterans from a life of isolation, anxiety, panic, and depression. We help the brain relate negative triggers from military experiences to new positive memories and emotions.

Combining the power power of wilderness adventure, physical activity and positive psychology veterans explore different approaches to healing and becoming the best versions of themselves. 

23V RECON is provided to veterans and members of the Armed Forces free of charge.
 
Week 1: Outdoor Wellness Adventure: 6-8 days on a wilderness expedition building camaraderie and teamwork with fellow veterans.

Weeks 2-14: Functional Fitness and Positive Psychology on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Time TBD.  
 
Weeks 2,4,6,8,10,12: Community events such as dinner out, bowling or attending a sporting event with fellow veterans, family and friends every other Saturday
