The HHS plan includes two days of in-person instruction, two days of online instruction, and one assigned day for office hours during which students will have access to teachers for individual help. Please indicate your ability to access online learning for the two days per week: *

My student will be able to access online lessons if they are recorded, but due to family scheduling conflicts, will not be able to do so live during the regularly scheduled class periods.
