Please use this link to request participation in a district extracurricular opportunity during the 22-23 school year.  Please know that this request does not indicate that your child has a confirmed placement on the roster.  The district will communicate back with families on Friday, September 9, via email.  Please complete a new form submission for each student and each extracurricular you are requesting.  Payment will be made only after a child has been placed in the after school activity.
