Submit this registration form and fee promptly to reserve your band’s place.  Please mail a $100 (non-refundable) fee if postmarked by September 13th. Registration Checks postmarked after September 13th will incur a $30 dollar late fee.  The competition will be held rain or shine (HHS reserves the right to delay, discontinue, or move the competition inside for heavy rain or lightning). Pending payment being received within 30 days of registration. Checks can be mailed to:
