Competitor Declaration: I agree to be bound by the current ISAF rules, the RYA prescriptions, the class association rules and the sailing instructions for this event. I understand that Gt Yarmouth & Gorleston SC is organising these races only on the understanding that the club and its representatives bear no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience to boats or persons, however arising, directly or indirectly, from its rules, polices or rulings during the races or related activities and I shall draw the attention of my crew to this disclaimer and my declaration. I accept full responsibility for the safety of the above boat and crew and for her entire management, including insurance. I declare that I hold third party indemnity (including Racing Risks) to the value of at least £2,000,000 and that this will remain in force and effective for the duration of the event. I understand that it will be my sole responsibility to decide whether or not to start or continue to race.
