As you may have noticed, our group has a substantial number of active members, and our organizers cannot be aware of everything that is happening all of the time. If you've found yourself at this form you are not crazy or overthinking the situation. Your experience is valid and we would rather hear about it and be safe than sorry.

Our goal as a group is to create a safe, healthy, and inclusive community. Towards that end, we are asking for your feedback. We ask that your feedback be as contextual and specific as possible. It should also be actionable for our organizers to enable the best outcomes for yourself and the others in the group.  We do not require the answers to this form to be filled out completely. However, the more details you share with us the better. Any details you provide to us will be kept strictly confidential to the organizers only.
