2022_YEU Scholarships application
Applying for a 2022 Youth Elite Ultimate scholarship for YEU summer play?  Please complete this BEFORE completing your "YEU summer registration" form. If approved for a scholarship, you'll be sent a coupon code that you'll then apply as you complete that registration form.

PLAYERS ARE ASKED TO COMPLETE THIS WITH AN ADULT (PARENT OR GUARDIAN).

We will reply to you with a scholarship decision within 1 week of application.  We may contact you directly to clarify your responses. Please understand that AFDC Jrs. grants may not be able to fulfill every applicant's request, but we do our best and will let you know shortly.

To inform your answers below, please note the expected expenses related to trying out for a 2022 Atlanta Youth Elite Ultimate YCC team:

Youth Elite Ultimate summer registration  ($550)
USA Ultimate Youth Membership ($40)

If you qualify for a team, you will be asked to complete this form again, as there will be additional fees used for travel and the full season registration.
