Thank you for your interest Ednium's Leadership Launchpad. Please read the program’s description and application qualifications carefully before applying as it includes important dates and information. All events will be in-person.

Ednium: The Alumni Collective taps the experience of DPS alumni for insights on what was missing from their education and partners with them to develop ideas and initiatives to benefit students today while building their own leadership capacity, professional experience, and social capital.

Leadership Launchpad:
Designed around Ednium’s values of Community, Trust, and Action you can expect to practice personal storytelling, building authentic relationships with the community, and developing personal leadership skills. This program is for those who are interested in learning about different leadership styles, gaining insight on their own leadership, and applying what they learned to support their personal and professional goals.

Application:
In order to qualify for the Leadership Launchpad Cohort 5, you must meet the following requirements.

- Have attended a Denver Public School high school between 2017 - 2023
- Interest in and willingness to expand your leadership skills
- Willingness to learn from self and others

- Commitment to complete the program in its entirety

- Be under 25 years of age at the time of application

We'll select between 10 - 15 individuals to participate in the 5th cohort of the Leadership Program. We'll reach out to you to schedule an interview as part of the selection process.
