DHIS 2 Mobile Community Survey

Thank you for participating in this survey. This survey aims to collect information of organizations that are interested or implementing DHIS 2 with a mobile component in order to understand key metrics around its use and needs.

If you are using DHIS 2 Android in multiple projects, please fill one form PER PROJECT.

Filling in this online survey will take approximately 10 minutes. Survey data will be available to the community through reports and/or presentations. If you consent to releasing identifying information, please select “Yes” to the next question, otherwise, we will annonymise your responses.

The findings would provide important insights around the next steps and roadmap of the DHIS 2 Android app, best practices and challenges in implementation. It will be used for the benefit the DHIS 2 community.
