Love Languages: Another Dimension of Communication

Have you ever wondered why you feel so loved when you receive a gift from your friend, significant other or a family member? Do you like spending time with your partner or loved ones, having deep conversations and feeling the warmth inside you ignite?

Regardless of who you are, we all show and experience love in our own unique ways rooted in one or more of the 5 love languages: physical touch, words of affirmation, quality time, gift-giving and acts of service. Everyone has a primary love language and the ultimate goal is to feel comfortable expressing and receiving love. Learning more about them and experiencing how they manifest provides an opportunity for all of us to craft better relationships with ourselves and others.
