Nature Based Yoga and Meditation with Wild Bear Nature Center
Join Wild Bear's Nature Education Director and Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT200) Michelle Witte for an all levels Mindful Yoga Practice in the Great Outdoors! Expect to relax on a beautiful Autumn afternoon as you practice yoga and meditation to the sounds of surrounding birds, and wind in the trees.

Friday, October 2nd, from 3:00PM-4:30PM at the Wild Bear Property by Mud Lake Open Space. $10 donation/ $15 day of.
