Wanamassa PTA is excited to announce our first ever Winter Wonderland & Holiday Market at the Wanamassa Elementary School.  The event will showcase handcrafted goods and unique holiday gifts by local and regional artisans, holiday music, workshops, festive décor, entertainment and more.

We are now accepting vendor applications below.  We are looking for stand-out local and regional artists, makers, and artisan vendors who personally make and/or design their own handcrafted, handmade goods that are independently distributed and sold, as well as vendors who sell pre-packaged foods, and vintage or handmade fair trade products. We also accept vendors that design products that are produced in small quantities in the U.S.

This event is free, all ages and rain or shine. COVID protocols required at the time of event will be followed. We encourage all vendors and mom and pop crafters to apply!

APPLICATION DEADLINE
All spaces are first come, first serve until filled. We encourage you to apply early. The final date to apply is December 1st.

For paper applications, please initial each page and complete the form on Page 4. All 4 pages of the application must be submitted.

Winter Wonderland & Holiday Market refund policy:
If a Vendor needs to cancel, they must notify Wanamassa PTA by email (events@wanamassapta.org) immediately.  Vendor will receive a 100% refund up to December 1, 2021.  Any cancellations after December 1, 2021 will result in forfeiture of refund. By cancelling, Vendor forfeits their spot at the Winter Wonderland & Holiday Market.

If there is a cancellation by the Market: If a cancellation of the Winter Wonderland & Holiday Market is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other circumstances that may compromise the safety of vendors and participants, a refund will be issued.
RULES & REGULATIONS
The Holiday Market will take place outdoors at the Wanamassa Elementary School.  
This is a public event and is intended as an opportunity for Vendors to sell homemade, handmade craft items, baked goods, new products, etc.
All spaces are assigned and reassigned by the Wanamassa PTA.  Specific booth spaces are not guaranteed.
Booths are approximately 10’ x 10’ area, but some booths may vary in size.  
All Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, displays, table coverings, pop-up tent, etc. NO electric will be provided.
All contents including tents, tables and displays, table must fit within the 10’ x 10’ space.  
Vendors may check in by 9:00 AM, NO EARLIER.  Displays and set up must be completed before 11:00 AM.  
Vendors will not be permitted to pack up and leave before 4:00 PM.  All displays must be completely removed, and vendors must vacate the property by 5:00 PM on the day of the event.
Vendor is responsible to keep their area clean during the event and clean up their area after the event by removing all trash, food waste, and unsold items.
Table and booth space is non-transferable. Request to have sales space next to another Vendor is not guaranteed unless both contracts are submitted together.
If a Vendor needs to cancel, they must notify Wanamassa PTA by email immediately. As stated earlier, Vendor will receive a 100% refund up to December 1, 2021.  Any cancellations after December 1, 2021 will result in forfeiture of refund. By cancelling, Vendor forfeits their spot at the Winter Wonderland & Holiday Market. If a cancellation of the Winter Wonderland & Holiday Market is necessary by the Wanamassa PTA due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other circumstances that may compromise the safety of vendors and participants, a refund will be issued.
Prohibited items:  NO live animals or pets, illegal and or dangerous weapons (including knives, guns, etc.), vehicles, fundraisers, alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages, open flames, flammable materials or material offensive to the public morality will be sold.
Sale of food items:  Only “cottage foods” may be sold at the Winter Wonderland & Holiday Market.  Vendors selling cottage foods must follow New Jersey state and local codes for cottage food operations.  A copy of your food service license must be submitted for approval.  Copies off all certificates should be submitted to the Wanamassa PTA NO LATER then 5 days prior to the event or Vendor will forfeit all fees paid.
Wanamassa PTA holds the right to make any and all determinations as the appropriateness of any item displayed.  If an item is deemed inappropriate, you will be asked to remove it from public display.  
Any licensing agreements are the responsibility of the Vendor.
It is the responsibility of the Vendor to provide their own change.  Collection and payment of all applicable sales tax is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.
We will advertise for this event and also ask you to pass along the word.
Any violation of the rules and regulations of the Winter Wonderland & Holiday Market by the Vendor can and will result in removal from the premises without a refund and/or suspension from participation in future Wanamassa PTA events.  
Vendors will be notified via email of their acceptance.
Vendors will be sent an email the day before with a map of the event along with their vending space number.
This contract is between the Vendor and the Wanamassa PTA. The U.S, its agents, instrumentalities and representatives, officers and employees thereof, from any and all claims, demands, actions, debts, liabilities, and judgments, claimed on account of, or in any manner predicated upon the loss of or damage to property, or injury to, or death of any person(s), in any manner caused or contributed to by any negligent act or omission or willful and intentional act of the Vendor/Participants identified above.
This agreement is for the Winter Wonderland & Holiday Market to be held December 11, 2021.
