The DOH COVID-19 Evidence database is intended to consolidate completed, ongoing and planned local research, analysis, rapid reviews and other technical papers related to COVID-19, making this information known to the public, and reducing duplication of efforts.  The information that will be made publicly available include study title, names and institutions of the investigators, cooperating agencies (if applicable), study sites, FDA Clinical Trial Reference Number (if applicable) and status of the study.

We enjoin everyone to register current efforts to find solutions to and contribute to scientific knowledge on COVID-19 by accomplishing this DOH COVID Evidence Database form.
