Wear anything BUT black when filming the following Assessment videos. Men: shirtless, in shorts. Women: in a sports bra and shorts. If that's too uncomfortable for you, you may wear tight fitting clothes that contrast your background/lighting. *IF YOUR SELFIE CAM RECORDS IN MIRROR VIEW PLEASE LET ME KNOW - I need to see LEFT and RIGHT sides correctly*
Gait Assessment - make sure I can see you from head to toe, barefoot. Do this in a long space where you can walk freely on a FLAT surface, ideally with good lighting and hard floor (not carpet).
Toe Touch Assessment - taken with feet together, toes pointing forward. Make sure I can see you from head to toe (barefoot) for all 3 angles
Squat Assessment - taken with feet HIP WIDTH APART, toes pointing forward. Make sure I can see you from head to toe (barefoot) for all 3 angles, on a hard floor rather than carpet.
