Strength & Performance Assessment Intake
This 1 hour assessment will identify your movement limitations and help me understand exactly what kind of strength programming you will need to fill in those gaps, optimize your running/walking gait, balance out your asymmetries, and train to move more freely by the day. You'll walk away with custom video instruction of the exercises your body needs specific to your goals and my professional training recommendation to put you on the path towards them.

Wear anything BUT black when filming the following Assessment videos. Men: shirtless, in shorts. Women: in a sports bra and shorts. If that's too uncomfortable for you, you may wear tight fitting clothes that contrast your background/lighting. *IF YOUR SELFIE CAM RECORDS IN MIRROR VIEW PLEASE LET ME KNOW - I need to see LEFT and RIGHT sides correctly*
Gait Assessment - make sure I can see you from head to toe, barefoot. Do this in a long space where you can walk freely on a FLAT surface, ideally with good lighting and hard floor (not carpet).
Toe Touch Assessment - taken with feet together, toes pointing forward. Make sure I can see you from head to toe (barefoot) for all 3 angles
Squat Assessment - taken with feet HIP WIDTH APART, toes pointing forward. Make sure I can see you from head to toe (barefoot) for all 3 angles, on a hard floor rather than carpet.
