Exploris School Directory, Family Map & Volunteer Form 2020-2021
In an effort to simplify things this year, the PTO has combined three forms into one!  Please answer the questions below to list your contact information on 1) The Family (Carpool) Map   2) The Exploris School Directory 3) PTO Volunteer list.

Password Protected:  The Family Map and the School Directory will be posted on password protected pages on the PTO website. You will be emailed the password once your information has been added.  Please do not share the passwords publicly.

Childcare Sharing:  Some families have expressed interest in sharing childcare or hosting small groups of students in homes for distance learning.  We have included that option as a question on the Family Map so that you can connect with each other.

Would you like your family's information included on the Exploris Family map? *
This information is typically used to help facilitate carpools,  help with transportation in an emergency situation, and meet other Exploris families that live near you. It is plotted on a password protected Google Map.  You will be emailed the password. After the map has been posted, you can easily see which Exploris families live near you and use their contact information to get in touch.  
Would you like your child's name and your contact information listed in the Exploris School Directory? *
The opt-in school directory is provided by the PTO and will be password protected on the PTO website. The directory will include children's names, grades and all of the parent contact information you choose to provide in this form. It will be posted as a Google Sheet.  You will be emailed the password.  Note: the school does not publish a directory, so this is the only way you can get a list of parent contacts or classmate information for birthday parties, playdates, zoom calls, etc. We hope all families will participate!
