Nursery Sessions Form
Dear Parents and Carers of Chestnut nursery children,
We are looking forward to your child starting in January. 

Please complete the form below confirming the sessions you would like. We are usually able to fulfil all requests and will only be in touch if there are any issues.

You will be invoiced for the sessions you book for your child; even if they do not attend. Any future changes to your child's sessions need to be communicated with the school via email. 

Morning Sessions - 8.30am-11.30am (£10 per session)
Lunchtime - 11.30am -12.00pm (Lunch sessions £2.50 per day, including a school lunch)
Afternoon Sessions -12.00pm-3.00pm (£10 per session)
