Lecture vs Workshop

If the information can be effectively communicated through visual aids within 1 to 2 hours, a lecture may be appropriate. However, if the information requires 2 or more hours and involves hands-on experience or practical exercises, a workshop would be more suitable. It is important to note that workshops must include active participation from attendees.
