Admission of kids into the engagement center is subject to acceptance of following terms & conditions by the Parents: 1.Enrolling your child to the Moppets Digital Learning Program (MDLP) is deemed as voluntary Expression of Interest & Consent for sending the Kid to the said program by both the parents of the enrolling kid. 2.Upon acceptance of this Kid’s enrolment for MDL program, parents shall be obligated to pay the fee as per the prevailing rate card and all agreed Additional Charges if any, notwithstanding subsequent absence, withdrawal of the Kids from the said MDL Program. 3.Admission confirmation is only on receipt of fee into our account. Fee is per kid per session per term basis only. Fee once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances. 4.MDLP/ Online classes will be conducted as per pre-defined timings as decided by the Moppets Management Team and are subject to changes in future due to compliance requirements with any regulations governing the organization. 5.MDLP/ Online classes will be conducted on such technology platform as decided by the Moppets Management Team and is subject to changes in future due to compliance requirements with any regulations governing the organization, or operational issues. 6.Time slot selected at the time of admission is final, shifting between the slots cannot be claimed as a right, requests will be considered at sole description of Moppets Management Team. 7.Working Hardware, Software, internet connectivity, power source, dedicated safe & quite space to attend the MDL Program shall be arranged by respective Parents, arrangement & maintenance of these aspects is sole responsibility of Parents only, Moppets management holds no responsibility. Any safety hazards during the session due to any of the earlier said aspects is not the responsibility of Moppets Management Team or It’s Teachers. 8.Teaching staff of Moppets are responsible only for engagement of kids on various skills as per our curriculum during such chosen time slots. Extension of time slot is not possible. 9.MDL Program will be conducted in predefined timeslots on weekdays (Monday to Friday) only, Holidays will be as per Moppets Holiday Calendar. 10.On enrolment it is assumed Parents’ consent to the use of such instructions by our teachers with the children as may be lawful, appropriate and proper for teaching/engagement and to provide comfort to the child in distress or to maintain good order. 11.One parent or authorized guardian is allowed to stay with Play Group & Pre-Nursery Kids in the initial days to settle & once accustomed we strongly recommend you to allow the kid to independently attend the sessions. You would be expected to cooperate and stay in such circumstances as needed. 12.We will not be liable to parents and/or children for any economic loss of any kind, for damage to the child’s or parents’ property, for any loss resulting from a claim made by any third party or for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind. We will make reasonable endeavours to keep parents and / or children’s property in good order. Liability for damage of such property is excluded except where caused by the gross negligence of our staff. 13.If information provided by the participant is found to be untruthful, the Moppets Management Team reserves the right to reject an application or withdraw the acceptance of such application. All admission decisions by Moppets Management Team are final. 14.At Moppets we believe that a positive and constructive working relationship between us and a Kid’s parent(s) is essential to the fulfilment of our mission with regard to this MDL Program. Thus, we reserve the right to enrolment if we conclude in our sole judgment that the actions of a parent make such a positive and constructive relationship impossible or otherwise seriously interfere with the accomplishment of our educational purpose. 15.Force Majeure: Moppets/Aarambh Educational Society shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance, in whole or part, of any or our obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to strikes, lock-downs by appropriate authorities, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, pandemics, epidemics or other outbreaks of disease or infection, failure in the public supply of electricity, heating, lighting, air conditioning or telecommunications equipment. 16.These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement and understanding between the parents and the Moppets Management. Any other understandings, agreements, warranties, conditions, terms and representations, whether verbal or written, expressed or implied are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to update / amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Prior notice will be given of any changes made. 17.All disputes arising out of, or in connection with the admission would be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hyderabad alone.
