HOW THIS WORKS: REGISTRATION
1. Register for the 2024 SUMMER program using this form which will include the basic spirit pack by Friday, May 3rd.
2. Complete the Additional Spirit Pack Form by FRIDAY, April 26th if you want additional items to purchase for 2024 Summer season. *These items are not guaranteed, so please do not pay for them until we contact you!*
3. Obtain a current AVP membership (silver or better) for the player to be able to participate for summer. *These are good for 1 calendar year from date of purchase!*
Must be an AVP America Member to tryout and participate for summer! *AVP America Membership: Silver $25 Membership paid to AVP will cover through season and most tournaments!
4. You will receive a confirmation email which means that your form and registration has been received.
5. The parents and players will be added to a GroupMe prior to the start of the season!
HOW THIS WORKS: TRYOUTS and PLAYING
***IF the player DID NOT ATTEND SPRING 2024 SESSIONS, they WILL NEED TO ATTEND TRYOUTS/EVALUATIONS (Cost: $10)!***
1. Attend tryouts/evaluations if not a regular participant in our 2024 Spring program.
2. Following tryouts/evaluations , we will email all players with group assigned for each practice.
3. Start having fun at practices and tournaments!
Tryout Dates: You will only attend 1 date/session where we will then select the most appropriate group for the athlete to attend.
May 2nd - 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (unable to attend on May 7th)
May 7th - 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (16U, 18U), 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (12U, 14U)
Practices:
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning May 14th running through July 25th
Group #1 - Named "Gulf Shores" - 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Group #2 - Named "Destin" - 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Group #3 - Named "Hermosa" - 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Location: Pelham Park Courts - 2020 Ball Park Road, Pelham, Alabama 35124 (by the Pelham Library)
*We have built in additional practices to help cover for inclement weather! *
Package Options:
1. Full-Throttle Bundle - $875 (Includes all practices offered; Coaching at all tournaments we host/attend, Basic Spirit Pack of T-Shirt, Tank, and Sunglasses)
2. Part-Time Bundle - $575 (Includes 10 practices,
Coaching at all tournaments we host/attend, Basic Spirit Pack of T-Shirt, Tank, and Sunglasses) *Can use practices how you see fit: miss a practice due to illness, other activities, vacation, etc., can come to other practices in future weeks.

Tournament Schedule: (No athlete will play on both dates for our BBV tournaments as we split the age groups based on age division.)

~June 15th - BBV Doubles
~June 22nd - United 2-Star Doubles - Alabama Beach Week - Huntsville*
~July 6th / 7th - Gulf Coast Championships - Gulf Shores
~July 20th / 21st - BBV 2-Star Doubles - Birmingham*
~July 27th / 28th - BBV Adult/Junior - Birmingham *
*One day tournament for each age group. These will be specified on the given tournament registrations.
Payment Options:
~Payment Plan (due by the beginning of each month: 50% of Package and Additional Spirit Pack by May 14th; 30% of Package by June 1st; 20% of Package by July 1st)
