The Village of Frankfort has invited FAA member artists who reside in Frankfort to participate in an exhibit in the Village Hall. If you are both a member and a Frankfort resident and you'd like to participate, please complete and submit this form.

Artists are responsible for providing their own insurance coverage. Neither FAA nor the Village of Frankfort will provide insurance for loss or damage.
