The 'early-bird' registration price is $300 CAD – only until April 15, 2025.
The regular registration price is $350 CAD – beginning April 16, 2025.

Please note:
• Fees are half-refundable until April 15, 2025.
• Fees are non-refundable after April 15, 2025.
• You are responsible for your own hotel reservations at the Delta Marriott Saint John (39 King Street, Saint John, NB). When contacting the hotel, note any special requests, such as the need for an accessible room.
