WHO WE ARE: The Mellow Submarine is a group of wonderful people here to take you on a journey of the fantastical, the cozy, the mellow and sometimes not so mellow. Everyone is welcome and their alter egos too! We will be providing silly dance workouts, deep talk, random facts, and more. Don’t miss out all kinds of Deep dives, time travels, silly dance hours and the Mellow Matriarchy circle.
