Mindfulness is a way of living in which we become aware of the present
moment, which includes our thoughts & feelings, our physical experiences,
and the world around us. Engaging in a mindfulness practice can help
reduce stress, increase emotional resilience, and lead to better physical
health and well-being. In this workshop we will learn about mindfulness and
touch on various mindfulness practices. The workshop will conclude with a labyrinth walk.
The labyrinth is located in the North East Heights. Location will be provided after registration. Attendees will arrange their own transportation to and from the event. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, small pillow or mat for sitting, hat and sunscreen.
