Referee Jersey Order Form

The OBHF has partnered with Create It, a long time supplier of apparel and uniforms for several OBHF members.

The jerseys are a sublimated, dri-fit material very similar to the existing CBHA jerseys. The stripes are a touch wider, orange stripes along the side of the torso and into the sleeve, and the CBHA logo is placed on the upper left chest.

These jerseys WILL NOT have a polo collar, nor a zipper; the collar will be your standard, typical t-shirt collar. 

Jerseys will also feature an additional 3" in length to reduce exposing your undershirt during the game while you raise your arms making calls.

Note: 
- Your order may be delivered directly to your local league operator as a bulk order if other orders are going to your operator/assignor.
- Shirt-only orders may be mailed to you directly for an additional $5.00 (I will communicate that with you)
- Orders including a rulebook and/or whistle may require additional shipping costs as they are considered a package and not general mail. (I will do my best to limit shipping costs wherever possible)

Using the following images, determine the width of the jersey you require. 

Please follow these instructions carefully.

Lay a standard t-shirt flat on a surface and measure armpit to armpit - in cm. The following shirt is worn by a referee who is 6'1" - 215lbs. Use that as your reference point. The shirt should be fitted but not restrictive, nor should it be excessively baggy. 

All other measurements (length, sleeves, hem) are relative based on the chest width, and are provided below for referencing purposes.

Remaining Measurements
  • Shoulder: the distance from where the sleeve attaches to the body of the shirt, to the opposite side, directly across the collar
  • Chest: as described earlier with the images
  • Hem: the distance measured at the very bottom of the shirt, what would be across the waist area
  • Center Back: the distance from the back collar to the bottom of the hem
  • Sleeve: the distance from the 'cuff' end of the sleeve to where it connects to the body of the shirt - the same measuring point as the shoulder
