The Oregon Country Fair is an annual nonprofit fundraising event in the forest near Veneta, Oregon. The Fair creates events and experiences that nourish the spirit, explore living artfully and authentically on the earth, and transform culture in magical, joyous, and healthy ways. The fair is a non-profit that thrives through community support and the commitment, generosity, and support of thousands of crafts people, artists, entertainers, and staff volunteers. Volunteerism is a core value of the Fair and this is reflected in the payment scale we can offer. Most speakers attend because of the Fair’s reputation and a desire to experience and participate, amidst many other amazing artists, in this one-of-a-kind celebratory event.

Please fill out the application completely. It is a very thorough application. Expect to provide video of your act, a marketing photo, legal names and dates of birth, descriptions of your act for the printed schedule (Peach Pit), and more. Please be aware we get many more applicants than we have slots available, and that our pass allotment and budget are extremely limited.

The Oregon Country Fair may require proof of full and up to date COVID vaccination for all entertainers, artists and presenters who are eligible as defined by the CDC to receive a COVID vaccine at the 2023 event. Please emotionally prepare yourself for this situation should you choose not to vaccinate yourself or children who would be attending with you.
