The use of NLP techniques in practice and determining the best techniques to enhance Emotional Intelligence (EI)

The aim of this survey is to confirm if NLP is being used for employees development in the real practice and the best techniques related to developing emotional intelligence.

This survey forms part of a broader study for a PhD research exploring the possibility of using neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and Hypnosis, to develop emotional intelligence (EI) of employees at the workplace.
The PhD, and so the study is being done in BME, Budapest University of Technology and Economics by Ahlem Khefacha, supervised by Professor Beatrix Séllei.

It contains 3 sections : section 1 = general question , 2 = NLP and employees relationship, 3 = EI and NLP.
The data collected will remain confidential and used solely for academic purposes.
