The School Improvement Council (SIC) of WG Sanders Middle School is conducting this survey to determine what topics parents are interested in learning more about that would promote healthy child-parent-school relationships. We will use this information to develop the types of opportunities that you and other parents are looking for.

Please use this form to let us know what parenting education topics you are interested in, what type of parenting education you prefer, and what days and times work best for you. If you fill the questionnaire out by hand and send it back in to your child's teacher, we will collect the form from the school and record your input. Otherwise, if you are filling the survey out online, be sure to click submit at the bottom, and we will automatically have your preferences recorded.
