From September 2021, we will only accept requests to change your child's meal arrangement through this form. We will not accept verbal/email confirmation.

If you do not inform us of any change to meal arrangements via this form, your child will remain either on school dinners or packed lunches, depending on what they are on already.

A school dinner is £2.50 a day.

Please note;

• Switching from packed lunches to school meals will take affect the next school day from when the form has been submitted.
• Switching from school meals to packed lunches is a two week notice period.
