Welcome to the 2022-2023 year for Atrium at St. Therese Parish, Seattle, WA.
As is our tradition, we will begin our catechetical year by celebrating our Parish Feast Day on Sunday, October 2nd. We look forward to launching our 19th year with your children in the beautiful Atria spaces in the parish center. Based on the work of Maria Montessori, Sophia Cavaletti and Gianna Gobbi created this multi aged classroom, sensorial, and manipulative based format for children to explore and form their faith. We are proud to "listen to God with children" in the same tradition, some 68 years since Sophia and Gianna began their work.
Our sessions will be on Sundays between Masses from 10 - 11:30 am. Should a session fill, we will add a weekday option. Please join us for our blessing ritual and Atrium Open House on the 2nd at 10 am. Children who are brand new to CGS should plan to attend the following Sunday, October 9th. All new and returning children should plan to attend Sunday, October 16th.
