Barfection has recently been awarded a contract for delivering Skills Bootcamps in Greater Manchester and the Liverpool City Region. Skills bootcamps are a short programme lasting for a maximum of 16 weeks. Our Hospitality Horizons Skills Bootcamp has been designed with both employers and our delivery team. It focuses on the following key areas for hospitality:

• Recruitment and Employment Practice
• Training Design and Delivery
• Motivating a team in business
• Understanding a business market
• Mindset, resilience, and culture setting
• Inclusivity

The key to Skills Bootcamps is the engagement with you as employers to both develop your business and support individuals to be their best. If you have rising stars that deserve your investment or you are a forward thinking business, this is the programme for you.
